You probably know that you did a good job on my old Suburban, but I have just discovered a remarkable change since you worked on it. I left Whiteman Air Force Base and went down HY 65 pulling my trailer. If you have ever been down 65 into Arkansas you know the steep hills and curves that run almost to Little Rock. I was amazed how easy the Suburban pulled those hills, with no more signs of overheating. I just wanted to let you know that it is puling my trailer easier than it has for several years. Many thanks!

You will never know how surprised I was when we drove in our driveway yesterday afternoon. After hearing your message on our answer machine I don't know how to thank you. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the quality work your employee Ben Hefley did while you were on vacation. My daughter, Erica, was quite pleased with the performance of her 1986 LeBaron with 112,000 miles on it. She said it's tighter than it's ever been since she bought it! You know how a teenager will be treated by service technicians- so many seem to be out just to make a buck at the expense of customer satisfaction. This certainly was not the case with Lindsay Transmission. Erica said her dealings with Ben were "great". She said he was very polite and helpful. We were all pleasantly surprised when she was asked to bring the car back in a week or so in order for the new transmission to be checked along with the fluid level. What service!! As someone who works for a company focused on customer delight, I can tell you this- We are DELIGHTED with Lindsay Transmission and Ben Hefley!!! Thanks again for the efficient service. I will certainly consider bringing my business in from Kansas City to be assured of a fair deal and pleasant dealings, not to mention recommending you to my friends here.

Just a short note to say Thank You for being an honest mechanic and for fixing my car at a very reasonable rate. I'm afraid some mechanics would have replaced the whole transmission and I would not have known the difference.
